About Us

To see more about the collection and our project, please visit our other site at www.postalmuseum.co.uk

The oldest postboxes in the collection date from the late 19th century and include a Penfold pillarbox (on the right) and representatives of the first National pillar (left) and wall boxes.

Our history

The collection was originally based at Harrow in  Middlesex and moved to the Island about 5 years ago.

Arthur and Kim's home is a delightful period house which has a large orchard and paddock.  Just the job for a herd of pillar boxes.  There was even space to build a home for the rest of the Postal Museum's collection!!
